Greenfield District is a transit-oriented mixed-use development next to a rail station in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the old United Laboratories pharmaceutical plant and adjacent retail market in the village of Highway Hills adjoining the Kapitolyo village of Pasig to the east. The 15-hectare mixed commercial and residential complex is in the crossroads of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard immediately south of the Ortigas Center financial district. It consists of an office tower, condominium high-rises, a central park, retail centers and recreational facilities.[2]

The Ortigas Interchange, also known as the EDSA–Ortigas Interchange or the Ortigas Flyover, is a three-level partial stack interchange at the boundary between Mandaluyong and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines which serves as the junction between Epifanio de los Santos Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. Originally a regular four-way intersection, the current interchange was built in 1991 as the flagship infrastructure project of President Corazon Aquino.[4]

Robinsons Cybergate, also known as Robinsons Cybergate Complex and Cybergate City, is a mixed-use development located along EDSA corner Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. Owned by Robinsons Land Corporation, the development is anchored by four office buildings named Robinsons Cybergate Center Towers 1, 2, 3 and Robinsons Cybergate Plaza which has a Go Hotel.

Robinsons Cybergate was declared as an economic zone by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). It sits on a 6-hectare site in close proximity to public transportation along EDSA and the Boni MRT Station.

Robinsons Cybergate is also in Cebu, Philippines. It is located in near Chung Hua in the Osmeña Boulevard Capitol Site Cebu City. It was started mid 2010 by Gokongwei corporation. Robinson is known for their mall and condominium units properties. They have another development in Mango Avenue Pier 4 Cebu City.[5]

Highway in the Philippines. Shaw Boulevard is a 4-8 lane highway connecting the cities of Mandaluyong and Pasig in the Philippines. The boulevard is named after William James Shaw, the founder of the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club in Mandaluyong. The road is one of the major thoroughfares of the Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong and Pasig, housing many shopping malls like the Starmall shopping center and the posh Shangri-La Plaza at the EDSA-Shaw intersection and The Marketplace at the Kalentong-Shaw intersection.

It is served by the Shaw Boulevard station of the MRT-3 along EDSA, often called EDSA-Crossing. The entirety of the road is served by bus and jeepney routes that go to and from Quiapo, Santa Mesa, the José Rizal University, EDSA, Ortigas Center, the Pasig Public Market, and Binangonan, Rizal.[6]

The towers are the 6th and 7th-tallest buildings in the country and Metro Manila as well, and are currently the second tallest twin towers in the Philippines surpassing Pacific Plaza Towers with a height of 212.88 metres from the ground to its architectural spire. It also has two of the most floors in the Philippines. The buildings have 60 floors above ground, including a podium which connects the two towers, and 5 basement levels for parking, and are considered one of the most prestigious residential buildings in the Philippines.[8]

Avenue in the Philippines. Pioneer Street is the continuation of Boni Avenue east of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in eastern Metro Manila, Philippines. The street has four lanes for most of its course beginning at the EDSA junction in Barangka Ilaya, Mandaluyong, where traffic emerges from the Boni Avenue tunnel, up to its easternmost point at the Shaw Boulevard junction at the boundary of barangays Kapitolyo and San Antonio in Pasig, adjacent to Ortigas Center. En route, it passes through the Robinsons Cybergate Complex where Forum Robinsons mall is located; the United Laboratories plant; and Greenfield District, a mixed-use development south of Ortigas Center by the junction with Shaw Boulevard. Pioneer Street is also the location of several new condominium developments, call center sites and a few strip malls. It is served by Boni Station of the MRT-3 at EDSA.[9]

It is a six-lane divided avenue that runs from Aglipay Street to Epifanio de los Santos Avenue. After crossing EDSA via the EDSA-Boni tunnel, the road continues as Pioneer Street towards Pasig. The avenue is named after the nickname of Bonifacio Javier, a decorated guerrilla leader during World War II and former mayor of Mandaluyong.[10]
