Museum in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. The Baliuag Municipal Library and Museum which is currently housed at the Lumang Munisipyo is the town’s center for historical and cultural heritage.

Theis landmark is owned and administered by the Municipality of Baliuag. The heritage-historic Filipino-colonial mansion Bahay na Bato the official repository (established in 1998 as a natural history and ethnography museum) of Baliuag and Bulacan province.

Baliuag Museo is located in Town Proper, Old Municipal Bldg. Cagayan Valley Road, Poblacion, Baliuag, Bulacan in the Republic of the Philippines, It is 150 meters from the heritage St. Augustine Parish Church of Baliuag.

The century-old Museo ng Baliuag is administered by Jesusa Garcia Villanueva who serves as the curator for the Museum and officer-in-charge for the Library since July 2017.[1]

Catholic church in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. The Sub-Parish Church of Santo Cristo, also known as "Apo Kristo" Chapel and Visita ng Sto. Cristo, is the oldest "ermita" in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. The visita is bounded by the cities of San Fernando and Mabalacat in Pampanga, and Balanga in Bataan. At present, its mother Parish, the Saint Augustine Parish Church of Baliuag, Bulacan, has 4 parishes.

The "Visita ng Sto. Cristo" (Dioecesis Malolosina, Suffragan of Manila) celebrated its 131st anniversary on May 3, 2012, with a pontifical Mass co-celebrated with its mother parish of St. Augustine's Church. The Mass in this Visita is being celebrated by the Team Ministry of Saint Augustine Parish headed by Rev. Fr. Narciso Sampana, together with Rev. Fr. Virgilio Cruz and Rev. Fr. Lou Salvador Jess de Silva.

The St. Augustine Church of Baliuag and the Sub-Parish Church of Santo Cristo both belong to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos (which was created on November 25, 1961, and erected on March 11, 1962, and comprises the civil province of Bulacan and the City of Valenzuela, under the Patronage of the Immaculate Conception, Feast day of December 8). The Bisita ng Santo Kristo is under Saint Augustine Parish Church jurisdiction.[3]

Catholic church in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. The Saint Augustine Parish Church of Baliuag, commonly known as Baliuag Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in Plaza Naning at the poblacion of Baliuag, in Bulacan province, Philippines. The church is a parish church of the Diocese of Malolos, which is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Manila.

The parish was established by the Augustinians in 1733 under the patronage of Saint Augustine of Hippo. The town's feast or commonly known as Pistang Bayan is celebrated every second Sunday of May while the Patron's Feast (Pistang Patron) is celebrated every August 28. During the church's Great Jubilee celebration in the year 2000, the Diocese of Malolos designated the Baliuag Church as one of the 11 pilgrimage churches in the province of Bulacan. in 2015, the Diocese of Malolos designated again the Baliuag Church as one of the Jubilee of Mercy churches in the province of Bulacan for the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy by Pope Francis which ends on 20 November 2016. In 2021, this church was also designated by the Bishop of Malolos to be one of the Jubilee Churches for the celebration of the 500 Years of Christianity in the Philippines.

The Good Friday procession of the church is one of the largest in the country with more than 100 religious floats of sceneries showing the stories from the book of the evangelists from the new Testament and Lenten scenes paraded.

The present parish priest and team moderator of Baliuag Church is Rev. Fr. Narciso S. Sampana together with his co-pastor, Rev. Fr. Virgilio M. Cruz assumed the office last February 2021. Fr. Narcing previously served Santo Nino Parish in Meycauayan, Bulacan while Fr. Ver previously served the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel in San Miguel, Bulacan.

The Our Lady of Most Holy Rosary Parish Church, commonly known as Makinabang Church or Bisitang Pula, is a Roman Catholic Marian church in Barangay Makinabang, Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. On October 7 it is one of four Roman Catholic parish churches in the municipality and is the focus of one of its largest processions each year. The other nearby Baliuag parishes which bound the church are: Saint Augustine Church; Holy Family Parish; and Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The church is also about 2 miles from its neighbor, Sub-Parish Church of Sto. Cristo in barangay Santo Cristo.

Makinabang Church is under the Vicariate of Saint Augustine of Hippo and belongs to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos, a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Manila. Its incumbent team of priests in solidum moderator is parish priest (Judicial Vicar), Fr. Winniefred F. Naboya, JCL, who was formally installed on November 27, 2013. Fr. Naboya recently replaced the former Parish Administrator, the late Msgr. Macario R. Manahan, who succeeded the late Fr. Walderedo Castillo who died in 2008. The Parish Church's Vicar Forane is Msgr.
