Strict protection area "Dołgie Małe" - Strict protection area in the Slovinski National Park, with an area of 6.45 ha, encompassing Lake Dołgie Małe together with the surrounding reed and transitional-morphological communities. It is situated on the area of the Slovinski Coast.

The Dołgie Małe Lake with the area of 6,3 ha is the smallest and the shallowest lake in the Slovinski National Park. It is an outletless mid-forest lake, formed as a result of cutting off a bay of Gardno Lake, to a large extent as a result of the movement of dunes from the north and north-west. The bottom of the lake is flat and muddy. The shore line, which is about 1 km long, is poorly developed.

Along the southern shore there is a strip of transitional peat bog, which is home to round-leaved sundew, bog cranberry, narrow-leaved woolly adelgid, and marsh melanoma.

The lake is surrounded by coastal forest, only to the northern shore there is swamp forest and alder swamp. The forest reaches practically to the lake shore, the bulrush occurs only in the central, best-lit parts of the lake.

In the bays of the lake, floating frogweed, aloe vera and white water lily are found. Freshwater sponge has also been observed.
