The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, which was called Medarduskirche until 1902, is the oldest church in Lüdenscheid and stands in the center of the old town of Lüdenscheid.

Schloss Neuenhof
Neuenhof Castle is one of Lüdenscheid's most outstanding architectural monuments in terms of art history and urban history. The moated castle is located in the south of the city in the Elspetal. A signposted road leads off from the B 229. Since it is occupied by the owner Alhard Graf von dem Bussche-Kessell, the interior cannot be visited.
