Porto Flavia is a sea harbor located near Nebida in the Iglesias comune of South Sardinia in Italy. Built in 1923–24, it served as the mineral production hub of Masua in the west coast of the Sardinian Iglesiente area. It is named after Flavia Vecelli, the daughter of the harbor's engineer and designer Cesare Vecelli. The harbor's characteristics make it unique in the world, and at the time of its construction it was an outstanding engineering feat.^[1]

Garden in Italy. The Giardino Montano Linasia is a nature preserve and botanical garden located at 720 meters altitude near Monte Linas in San Benedetto, Iglesias, Province of Carbonia-Iglesias, Sardinia, Italy. Opening days depend on the time of year; an admission fee is charged.

The garden was established in 1989 by the Ente Foreste della Sardegna, and realized in 1992 in collaboration with the Istituto di Botanica dell'Università di Cagliari. It is organized into four major sections as follows: open areas; wooded areas; riparian vegetation; and endemic plant collection. Plants are labeled with scientific names and geographic origins.^[2]

The Church of San Michele is a 15th-century church in Iglesias, owned by the Archconfraternity of the Vergine della Pietà del Santo Monte, the centerpiece of the Rites of Holy Week in Iglesias, which are curated by the Archconfraternity. The building is located on Pullo Street, in the heart of Iglesias' historic center, a stone's throw from the Cathedral.

The Church of Christ the Savior is a Byzantine-era religious building located on the outskirts of Iglesias. The plan of the church is cruciform, similar to the coeval church of Santa Croce in Ittireddu.
