J.H. Adams Inn
John H. Adams House, also known as Davis Funeral Home, is a historic home located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1918, and is a two-story, five bay, stuccoed frame structure in the Italian Renaissance style. It has a low pitched, deck-hipped roof with terra cotta, widely overhanging boxed eaves, and a three-bay recessed upper porch or loggia with semi-circular arches.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.[1]

Market Square
Building complex in High Point, North Carolina. Market Square is a furniture showroom complex in High Point, North Carolina, owned by International Market Centers which is the largest building in North Carolina on the National Register of Historic Places, and the sixth largest in the United States. Known also as Tomlinson Chair Manufacturing Company Complex, it was listed on the NRHP under that name. The former manufacturing complex includes the oldest factory building in the city, and its renovation has been credited with making High Point a successful furniture exhibition center. A 16-story addition in 1990 is one of the city's tallest buildings.[2]

Dr. C. S. Grayson House
Dr. C. S. Grayson House is a historic home located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Harry Barton and built between 1923 and 1925. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, three bay, gray granite dwelling in an eclectic Colonial Revival style with American Craftsman influence. It has a slightly flared hipped roof, porte cochere, and one-story full-facade front porch. Also on the property is a contributing garage.
Since 1970, it has housed the Bernice Bienenstock Furniture Library, which is the world's largest specialty collection of books about the history and design of furniture, interiors, architecture, construction and more. As part of this library that is open to the public, the house hosts professional meetings, seminars, lectures and art events.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. It is located in the Uptown Suburbs Historic District.[3]

Enterprise Building
The Enterprise Building is a historic commercial building located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1935, and is a three-story, five bay, brick building with a full cast stone Art Deco-style façade. It was originally built as a two-story building and enlarged to three stories in 1945.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.[4]
Carolina Casket Company
Historical landmark in High Point, North Carolina. The Carolina Casket Company is a historic industrial property at 812 Millis Street in High Point, North Carolina. The main building on the property is a large three-story L-shaped building, framed in heavy timber and clad in brick. Its main wing is sixteen bays long, the bays separated by brick pilasters with corbelled caps. It was built in 1929 by the Carolina Casket Company, which began as the Rankin Coffin and Casket Company in the early 20th century. The company operated on the premises until about 1940, when it went bankrupt. The building was thereafter occupied for many years by the Carrick Turning Works, a maker of wooden furniture parts.
The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.[5]

Historical place in High Point, North Carolina. West High Street Historic District is a national historic district located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 10 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site. The resources were built between 1879 and 1922 and include six houses, three outbuildings, the Kirkman House garden, and the Kirkman Manufacturing Company. Located in the district are the separately listed Blair School and O. Arthur Kirkman House and Outbuildings. Other buildings are the Queen Anne style Annettie Brown House; the Colonial Revival style Fraser-Wilson House and W. T. Kirkman House; and the brick Colonial Revival / American Craftsman-style O. Arthur Kirkman House.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.[6]
First Baptist Church
Church in High Point, North Carolina. First Baptist Church was a historic African-American Baptist church located in High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. The Late Gothic Revival style brick church was built in 1907. It was significantly remodeled, enlarged, and a new facade added in the early-1950s. The church was slated for demolition in September 2013 and was demolished in September 2015.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.[7]
Pickett Cotton Mills
The Pickett Cotton Mills is a historic industrial property at 1200 Redding Drive in southwestern High Point, North Carolina. The mill complex includes the original 1911 two-story brick-and-concrete mill building, a storage warehouse, office building, and sprinkler house. The Pickett Cotton Mill Company was founded in 1910, and was the first successful textile operation in the city. The mill was closed in 1985 due to stiff foreign competition. The main mill is an exemplary instance of sturdy, high-quality construction of the period, and the office building, which is also typical of the period, is one of the few to survive.
The mill property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.[8]
John Haley House
John Haley House is a historic home located at High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina. It was built in 1786, and is a small, one-story brick dwelling. It has a gable roof and sits on a stone foundation. The interior is based on a Quaker plan. The John Haley House is believed to be the oldest dwelling in High Point.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.[9]
