The Duomo di San Nicolò is the Roman Catholic cathedral of Argenta, a municipality in the province of Ferrara, region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The former church at the site was destroyed during a bombardment in World War II; a new church was consecrated in 1954.[1]

Catholic church in Italy. The Pieve di San Giorgio is a church in the comune of Argenta, northern Italy. It is the most ancient church in the province of Ferrara and one of the most ancient ones in Emilia-Romagna region.

Located on the right bank of the Reno River, it was founded in 569 by the archbishop of Ravenna.[2]
