The church of Sant'Andrea is a religious building located in Piazza Santa Caterina in Giave, a town in northwestern Sardinia. Consecrated to Catholic worship, it is the seat of the parish of the same name and is part of the archdiocese of Sassari.

Built in Gothic-Catalan forms in 1583, it underwent a major renovation in 1788. The entrance has been embellished with a bronze portal, a recent gift from a Javanese priest, on which are carved the names of the Javanese priests as well as the parish priests who have succeeded in running the parish.The church has a central nave with a fine high altar and several side chapels.The bell tower, with an octagonal base, is the tallest building in the town, and three bells are housed in it.
