It was built about 1910, and is a large three-story, rectangular, brick building. It features cast iron storefronts and a pitched roof with straight and stepped parapets.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.[1]

Homestead Hotel, also known as the West Baden Springs Hotel, is a historic hotel building located at West Baden Springs, Orange County, Indiana. It was built in 1913, and is a three-story, "L"-shaped, Classical Revival style brick building. It consists of a 22-bay main block connected to a two-story rear wing by a one-story solarium with a 1+1⁄2-story cubicle pavilion.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.[2]

West Baden National Bank, also known as Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, is a historic bank building located at West Baden Springs, Orange County, Indiana. It was built in 1917, and is a two-story, Classical Revival style reinforced concrete building sheathed in yellow brick with limestone detailing. It features a recessed entry with unfluted Ionic order columns in antis, large round-arched transom window, and a central parapet.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.[3]

Dixie Garage, also known as the Nash Garage, is a historic automobile repair shop located at West Baden Springs, Orange County, Indiana. It was built between 1918 and 1920, and is a large one-story, brick building with a barrel vaulted roof. It is square in plan and features curved parapets and corner piers. Inside the building is a two-story, concrete block structure. The building housed an automobile repair shop until the late-1930s, after which it housed a skating rink, bottling plant, and wood manufacturer.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.[4]
