Beall-Dawson House
Museum in Rockville, Maryland. The Beall–Dawson House is a historic home located at Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland, United States. It is a 2+1⁄2-story Federal house, three bays wide by two deep, constructed of Flemish bond brick on the front facade and common bond elsewhere. Outbuildings on the property include an original brick dairy house and a mid-19th century one-room Gothic Revival frame doctor's office which was moved to the site for use as a museum. The house was constructed in 1815.
It serves as the headquarters of the Montgomery County Historical Society which maintains the house as an early 19th-century period historic house museum. The house also include indoor slave quarters, and two rooms with changing exhibits of local history.
The Beall–Dawson House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
The property also includes the Stonestreet Museum of 19th Century Medicine, a one-room doctor's office with medical and pharmaceutical tools, furniture, and books from the 19th and early 20th centuries.[1]

Glenview Mansion
Event venue in Rockville, Maryland. Glenview Mansion is a historic home and surrounding property located at Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. The house is a 1926 Neo-Classical Revival style house on 65 acres of landscaped ground. The five-part mansion incorporates the remnants of the 1838 house called "Glenview." Since 1957, the house and grounds have been owned by the City of Rockville, and are used for various civic, cultural and social events, and is known as Rockville Civic Center Park. The house also includes the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery.[2]

Rockville Union Cemetery
Burying ground. Rockville Cemetery was established in 1738 by the Anglican Prince George's Parish. It is the oldest burying ground in Rockville, Maryland and is located at 1350 Baltimore Road, adjacent to the Rockville Civic Center. Ownership changed in 1880 to the Rockville Cemetery Association. The cemetery occupies something over 24 acres in two sections, an older, western section of 7.7 acres and a newer, eastern section of almost 16.9 acres.
Those buried there include Upton Beall and E.B. Prettyman (Clerks of the Court), Walter Johnson (baseball player and Montgomery County Commissioner), Judge and Mrs. Richard Johns Bowie, and the Pumphrey family (carpenters and undertakers). The author F. Scott Fitzgerald was buried there upon his death in 1940 but his remains and those of his wife Zelda Fitzgerald (who died in 1948) were moved to Saint Mary's Cemetery, also in Rockville, in 1975. The oldest remaining stone marker in Rockville Cemetery is that of John Harding (1685–1752).[3]

Third Addition to Rockville and Old St. Mary's Church and Cemetery
Cemetery. The Third Addition to Rockville and Old St. Mary's Church and Cemetery is a historic area located in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. This area combines 19th century residential scale buildings with a tree-lined narrow street, country church, weathered headstones, Victorian Gothic railroad station, and a brick cast-iron front commercial structure, to create an atmosphere that evokes the era when the station served as the gateway to Rockville. In addition to Victorian Gothic, architectural styles used in residential buildings include Queen Anne, Georgian, and Colonial Revival. The area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
St. Mary's Church is significant as the County's first brick Roman Catholic church, and the handsome hardware store is the area's last surviving cast-iron brick commercial structure. The Old St. Mary's Church Cemetery is the final resting place of author F. Scott Fitzgerald, his wife Zelda Fitzgerald and their daughter Frances Fitzgerald.[4]

Dawson Farm
Dawson Farm, also known as "Rocky Glen," is a historic property with two homes located at Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. The property contains two dwellings: the 1874, 2+1⁄2-story, frame Dawson Farmhouse and a large 2+1⁄2-story hip-roofed frame house dating to 1912.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.[6]

Frieda Fromm-Reichmann Cottage
The Frieda Fromm-Reichmann Cottage is a historic house located at 19 Thomas Street in Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. It was built in 1936 to house the residence and professional office of Frieda Fromm-Reichmann, one of the leading psychoanalysts at the Chestnut Lodge psychiatric hospital, on whose grounds it stood. Fromm-Reichmann was influential in the development of interpersonal psychoanalysis and its use in the treatment of schizophrenia. The cottage was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2021.[8]
