Neumünster Zoo is a zoo in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The park houses about 700 animals from a total of 100 species of mammals, birds and reptiles on a wooded area of 24 hectares.

Neumünster Zoo is a member of the VdZ, DWV and EAZA. It currently participates in 17 European conservation breeding programs and is especially known for its success in keeping and breeding European bison. Since 2016, a total of four Neumünster bison have been released into the wild in cooperation with the WWF in the Romanian Carpathians.

Together with the adjacent city forest, the Neumünster Zoo is part of the "Nature Experience Area in Schleswig-Holstein". The zoo features a faithfully reconstructed and furnished Nissen hut and a Geestbauernhof.

Wittorf Castle is a rampart castle near Wittorf in the southwest of Neumünster at the mouth of the Schwale into the Stör. Of the castle, which probably originated in the 9th century, parts of the circular rampart, which are up to four meters high and difficult to recognize, and some ditches are still preserved.
