Downingtown Log House
Downingtown Log House is a historic home located at Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1700, and is a 1 1/2-story, round log structure measuring 21 feet, 9 inches, by 25 feet. The log house is owned by the Borough of Downingtown and open to the public.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.[1]

Roger Hunt Mill
Mill in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Roger Hunt Mill is a historic grist mill complex located at Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1759, and is a two-story, stone structure with a gambrel roof measuring 30 feet, 6 inches, by 48 feet. It has a one-story frame addition. The main house was built about 1740 and is a two-story, five-bay, stone structure with Georgian design details. The house has a 2+1⁄2-story, stone extension built about 1850. Other contributing buildings are the 2-story, Queen Anne-style carriage house; 2+1⁄2-story, Greek Revival style tenant house; and 1+1⁄2-story stone miller's house.

General Washington Inn
General Washington Inn is a historic inn and tavern located at Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1761, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, fieldstone and limestone structure measuring 62 feet, 6 inches, by 35 feet. The front facade features a one-story, full width verandah. Its design details reflect a mix of Georgian and Federal styles. It was the site of the first post office in Chester County, established in 1796.

East Lancaster Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located in Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 121 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure in Downingtown. The buildings include a number of notable examples of Georgian style dwellings dated to the early- to mid-18th century. Later notable dwellings are examples of the Federal and Victorian styles. Located in the district and separately listed are the Downingtown Log House and General Washington Inn.
