Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center
The Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center is a LEED Gold certified environmental and cultural community center in Buford, Georgia. The center provides scientific, environmental and cultural exhibits. Most of the exhibits are focused on educating school-age children.
The center is also the location of Treetop Quest, an outdoor ropes course that opened at the center in September 2011.[1]

Bona Allen Mansion
The Bona Allen Mansion, also known as Bona Allen House, at 395 Main St. in Buford, Georgia, in Gwinnett County. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was built in 1911. It was it home of Bona Allen, Sr.
The listing included eight contributing buildings, including a smokehouse.
Entrepreneur Steve Siebold and/or his companies bought the mansion in 2015.[2]

John Quincy Allen House
The John Quincy Allen House is a historic residence in Buford, Georgia. Its architectural style is described as Georgian Revival architecture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It is located at 345 East Main Street.
Its Georgian Revival details include a Palladian portico with flower basket-and-garlands relief.
It was home of John Quincy Allen (1880–1967), one of five children of Bona Allen, Sr. (1846–1925), builder of the Bona Allen Company. It was one of seven Allen family homes along the railroad that runs through the center of Buford, linking to the expansive Bona Allen Shoe and Horse Collar Factory.[3]
