The Molkenberg is a 293 m above sea level mountain in the Hessian Spessart Nature Park, which rises immediately southwest of the town center of Bad Orb in the Main-Kinzig district of southern Hesse. It drops steeply on all sides into the surrounding valleys and only merges to the south with a slight loss of height into the heights emanating from the Horst.

The Molkenberg is known as the site of the nine-meter-high listed watchtower, a landmark of Bad Orb. In the past, it was part of the town's fortifications as an observation tower. According to legend, Peter von Orb was imprisoned here. In later times, the decaying watchtower was rebuilt and today serves as a tourist lookout tower with a view over the town and north to the Vogelsberg with the Hoherodskopf.

Every year, weather permitting, a mountain mass is held on the Molkenberg on the evening of June 24, followed by the burning of the St. John's fire.

The Molkenberg is largely unobstructed and covered with light forest as well as meadows. The public access road to the former Café Wartturm leads from downtown Bad Orb almost to the top.
