Boldt Castle
Storybook-style mansion open for tours. Boldt Castle is a major landmark and tourist attraction in the Thousand Islands region of the U.S. state of New York. Open to guests seasonally between mid-May and mid-October, it is located on Heart Island in the Saint Lawrence River. Heart Island is part of the Town of Alexandria, in Jefferson County. Originally a private mansion built by American millionaire George Boldt, it is now maintained by the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority as a tourist attraction.[1]

Cornwall Brothers' Store
Cornwall Brothers' Store is a historic commercial building located at Alexandria Bay in Jefferson County, New York. It was built in 1866 and is a massive 2- to 2+1⁄2-story, three-by-seven-bay, structure built of coursed rubble stone. It was originally built as a store, but since the 1930s has been used for a variety of federal purposes, including the Alexandria Bay Post Office, the U.S. Customs and Immigration offices, and U.S. Coast Guard offices.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.[2]

Church of Saint Lawrence
Church in Alexandria Bay, New York. Church of Saint Lawrence is a historic Episcopal church located at Alexandria Bay in Jefferson County, New York. It was built in 1889 and is a three-by-four-bay wood-frame Shingle Style structure on a massive, raised stone foundation. It is composed of an entry porch, nave and chancel with symmetrical, octagonal ells housing organ pipes on the west and sacristy on the east.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.[3]
Just Room Enough Island
Just Room Enough Island, also known as Hub Island, is an island located in the Thousand Islands chain, in New York, United States. The island is known for being the smallest inhabited island, which appears to be around 3,300 square feet, or about one-thirteenth of an acre. Purchased by the Sizeland family in the 1950s, the island has a house, a tree, shrubs, and a small beach.[4]

Holland Library
Holland Library, now home to Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce, is a historic library building located at Alexandria Bay in Jefferson County, New York. It was built in 1899 and is a 40-by-44-foot, two story, hipped roof building designed in a vernacular interpretation of the Richardsonian Romanesque style. It is constructed of Theresa-Alexandria Bay red sandstone. It served as a library until 1998, when it was occupied by the Chamber of Commerce.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.[7]
George C. Boldt Yacht House
Boat house in Jefferson County. George C. Boldt Yacht House is an historic yacht house located on the northeast shore of Wellesley Island near Alexandria Bay in Jefferson County, New York. It was commissioned by George Boldt to house the many watercraft he owned and is adjacent to Boldt Castle.
The yacht house was designed by the Philadelphia architects G. W. & W. D. Hewitt and built in 1903. It is a massive, eclectic, Shingle-style structure composed of five elements, which are:
- a circular tower containing reception rooms,
- a central group of three yacht bays,
- a large east yacht bay,
- a combination office and storage wing with a crenelated tower, and
- a large caretaker's residence.
The yacht house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. On display in the yacht house is the steam yacht Kestrel, as well as various other vintage boats, a number of which are on loan from the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, New York.[8]
