Bridge in Waitsfield, Vermont. The Great Eddy Covered Bridge, also called the Big Eddy Covered Bridge or Waitsfield Covered Bridge, is a wooden covered bridge that crosses the Mad River in Waitsfield, Vermont on Bridge Street. Built in 1833, it is one of Vermont's oldest covered bridges. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.[1]

The Jones–Pestle Farmstead is a historic farm property at 339 Bridge Street in Waitsfield, Vermont. First developed in the 1820s, it is a well-preserved 19th-century disconnected farm complex. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.[2]
