Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County
Museum. The Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County is a Holocaust memorial, a museum and a tolerance center in Glen Cove, on the North Shore of Long Island in New York State. The museum and tolerance center is situated within the original Gold Coast Mansion "Welwyn", in what is now Welwyn Preserve County Park. The memorial also includes the adjoining garden, which was originally designed by the Olmsted Brothers, the influential American landscape architectural firm.
As of 2014, the museum is open on Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.[1]

Sea Cliff Village Hall
Sea Cliff Village Hall, Library and Museum Complex is a historic civic building complex located at Sea Cliff in Nassau County, New York. The complex is a grouping of three functional units in two interconnected buildings originally built in 1914 as the Sea Cliff Methodist Church, Sunday School / Chapel, and Rectory. It is constructed of beige brick with cast stone accents and slate-covered roofs in the Late Gothic Revival or Collegiate Gothic style. It features a square bell tower. The former rectory contains the museum and is a two-story rectangular building in the Tudor Revival style.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.[2]

North Country Reform Temple
Synagogue in Glen Cove, New York. North Country Reform Temple-Ner Tamid is a Reform synagogue in Glen Cove, New York. Initially founded in 1956, the temple has employed two facilities in Glen Cove, the first burning down in 1982. Following that, the congregation was sheltered by the local Congregation Tifereth Israel and St. Paul's Episcopal Church for three years until the dedication of the current synagogue in 1985.
Since 1996, the congregation has been led by Rabbi Dr. Janet B. Liss.[4]
The Shell House
The Shell House is a historic home located at 26 Westland Drive on East Island in Glen Cove in Nassau County, New York. It was built as a guest cottage and home of the yacht captain on the Matinecock Point Estate of J. P. Morgan, Jr. The house is composed of a small, Norman style core dated to the mid-19th century, with a large Tudor Revival addition built about 1910. Also on the property are the remains of a pier and a poured concrete and cinder block wall.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The house was rebuilt in the late-2010s.[5]

Old Glen Cove Post Office
Post office. Old Glen Cove Post Office is a historic post office building located at Glen Cove in Nassau County, New York. It was designed by Stephen Voorhees, then with the architecture firm Eidlitz & McKenzie, and built in 1905. It is a three-story Tudor Revival influenced building. It measures 36 feet wide and 70 feet deep, with a rear addition constructed in 1915. The first floor facade is brick, while the two upper stories have applied timbers with stucco infill and French casement windows. The original Glen Cove Post Office building was replaced with the existing building on 2 Glen Cove Avenue in 1932. The old post office is now the headquarters of the Smiros & Smiros architectural firm.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.[6]
Justice Court Building
Historical place in Glen Cove, New York. The Justice Court Building is a historic court and municipal building located in Glen Cove in Nassau County, New York. Built for the city between 1907 and 1909, it was designed by the architect Stephen Francis Voorhees. The 3-story, rectangular red brick building has a steeply pitched roof covered with green clay tile. A 1+1⁄2-story rear addition was built in 1923, used for some time as a jail. It is decorated with ceramic-glazed moldings and molded terra cotta decoration and exhibits features of the Dutch Colonial Revival or Collegiate Gothic style. It features a square bell tower. The former rectory contains the museum and is a 2-story rectangular building in the Tudor Revival style.
The building on Glen Street was used for the court, city hall and later as police headquarters. In the early decades, the Women's Exchange was located just to the west of the building; the group raised money to provide social services.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It has been acquired by the North Shore Historical Museum, which plans to renovate the building for use as a museum.[7]
